Many of our members enjoy a combination of one-on-one personal training and group classes to maximise their progress. Personal Training Sessions

Adam offers personal training sessions which are specifically designed and tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. Focusing on developing your strength and power, with the aim of steadily improving your overall fitness week by week. In addition to 1-2-1 classes, why not team up with a friend or partner and work out together for added motivation and support?

Group Training Classes

We offer a diverse selection of group classes that you can book throughout the week, many of which are truly unique and not available anywhere else. Our combination classes, like SpinBox, pair the intensity of spin bike cardio with the power and technique of boxing, creating an energising full-body workout. Or our BoxRox class, where you’ll rock out to classic beats while pounding the punch bag, making fitness both fun and effective.
