Strong & Supple takes a slower, more mindful approach, focusing on mobility, flexibility, and recovery to help you move and feel better. Perfect for restoration, these classes offer the perfect balance to support your journey back to strength.

Open Gym Sessions

Mon: 10.30am - 12pm

Our Open Gym session is your chance to use the space your way. Every Monday from 10:30am to 12pm, you're welcome to come in and train freestyle, whether that means lifting weights, stretching, or getting in some solo cardio. There’s no set class or structure, just the freedom to move at your own pace with access to our equipment and supportive environment. Perfect if you prefer a bit of independence in your workout routine.
